Our Story

Praccess is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2017 by Henry Bouchot, a former active duty Marine Judge Advocate and Afghanistan veteran who started the nonprofit after observing the difficulties veterans face while providing free legal services to disabled and homeless veterans in the Skid Row area in their cases before the Veterans Benefits Administration. Henry is also a published author who writes about politics and life as a veteran.
